Swyft was founded in 2004 with a singular focus: build a way to turn inbound service interactions into an effective sales channel. The way we saw it – customers calling into organizations were already granting their time, attention and permission to have a conversation – why wouldn’t you take that opportunity to offer them another reason to do business with you? Made perfect sense to us.
From that focus grew a deep understanding of how inbound service channel marketing is totally different than traditional marketing. We learned that personal preferences control most of your options to interact with a customer. We learned that customer behavior, preferences and qualifications should drive what you offer.
